This is my Nafa Test result , quite good... But I am not here to show off lar...

Sit Up - 38 (B)
Standing Board Jump - 208 (B)
Inclined Pull-Up - 30 (A)
Sit and Reach - 40 (B)
Stuttle Run - 9.9sec (A)

Now I wanna tell you what during E-Cafe...
I used all my money to buy ice-creams at E-Cafe , that is a stupid thing to do... cause... you wanna know why ? Cause after awhile I spent all my money to buy ice-cream , she come to E-Cafe wanna buy cheesecake , Abby ask me treat her but I not enuff money ending up I cannot treat her.... So SAD !!! But next time it will not happen again !!!
